The operator of a ski resort wanted an accessible, year-round attraction. We designed a walkway made of steel and timber with a 20-metre viewing tower, from which the more adventurous visitors can slide down a tube slide. The walkway is 126 m long and includes four stops with interactive educational games (for example about local flora, fauna and glaciers) as well as relaxing elements such as net seating. All sections are connected by a unified design motif inspired by geological layers.
