Family parks, s. r. o., with its registered office at Životského 4453/15, 618 00 Brno, Czech Republic, Company ID No.: 05704391, registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Brno, file No. C 97472, as the personal data controller, provides data subjects with the following information.

We always treat personal data confidentially. We protect it carefully and, when processing it, we ensure its security and comply with applicable legislation. Our employees are bound by confidentiality and internal rules. Access to personal data is controlled and the scope of its processing is limited to the minimum necessary for our work.

  • Clients: Natural persons – our clients, customers, contractors or buyers
  • Third parties: Natural persons whose personal data we process in connection with the performance of contracts concluded with our clients and/or other legal obligations
  • Enquirers: Natural persons who provide us with personal data in connection with (non-binding) enquiries about our services

Which personal data we collect and for what purposes

We collect the following personal data about clients:

  • identification data: first name, surname, title,
  • contact details: telephone number, email address,
  • other data: place of business, Company ID No., VAT ID No., bank account number.

  • Other details: business address, company ID number, tax identification number, bank account number


The above personal data is necessary for us to identify clients, communicate with clients and conduct our business activities in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • the production of a work, fulfilment under a contract for work,
  • the provision of a service, fulfilment under a service provision contract,
  • the supply of goods, fulfilment under a goods supply contract,
  • fulfilment of our legal obligations,
  • sending information and commercial offers based on requests.

We collect the following personal data about third parties:

  • identification data: first name, surname, title,
  • contact details: telephone number, email address,
  • other data: place of residence and/or business, date of birth, Company ID No., VAT ID No.


The above personal data is necessary for us to identify third parties, communicate with third parties and conduct our business activities in accordance with the relevant legal provisions. The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • fulfilment of a contract for work concluded with a client,
  • fulfilment of a service provision contract concluded with a client,
  • fulfilment of a goods supply contract concluded with a client,
  • fulfilment of our legal obligations.

We collect the following personal data about persons enquiring about our services:

  • identification data: first name, surname, title,
  • contact details: telephone number, email address.

The above personal data is necessary for us to identify persons and communicate with them. The purpose of processing personal data is:

  • sending information and commercial offers based on requests.


How we obtain personal data

  • directly from clients, third parties, enquirer
  • from publicly available information and registers, such as the Commercial Register, Trade Register, etc.

How we store personal data

The controller processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as “GDPR”, and Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended.

  • We store personal data in paper form and also in electronic form using IT tools.
  • No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place when processing personal data.
  • We store personal data in paper and electronic form on the premises of our company, where access by unauthorised persons is prevented by lawful means, such as locked premises with access only for authorised persons. All persons who come into contact with your personal data as part of the performance of their employment duties or contractual obligations are bound by a statutory and contractual duty of confidentiality. This obligation continues even after the termination of their employment or contractual relationship with us.
  • Access to personal data is also secured by a system of access rights, passwords and codes.
  • We regularly carry out internal checks of locked premises, IT equipment, the data stored on it and the principles governing work with personal data.


Who processes personal data, or who is the recipient

  • Personal data is processed by us, Family parks, s. r. o., as the controller, through our employees and through other persons with whom we cooperate. This mainly means cooperating law firms and, where applicable, our suppliers. However, we always ensure that everyone works only with the personal data necessary for the performance of their work, and we oblige our suppliers and business partners to comply with all obligations arising from this policy or, where applicable, from the Regulation. A list of current recipients or processors will be provided upon request.
  • Public authorities.
  • Personal data is processed for the period necessary to fulfil the above-mentioned purpose of processing and, after the end of this period, it will be handled in accordance with applicable legislation.


What rights have a data subject

  • the right of access to personal data,
  • the right to rectification and completion of personal data,
  • the right to erasure of personal data, but only provided that there is no legal reason for its further processing,
  • the right to restriction of processing,
  • the right to data portability,

  • the right to file a complaint by any of the above means or to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection
